Terms and conditions

The conference fee includes lunch, coffee, tea and other refreshments, and a copy of Unlocking Britain’s Potential report.

Confirmation of your booking

We will confirm your booking by email. If you prefer confirmation by post please let us know by calling us on 020 7300 9142 or emailing conference@unlockingbritainspotential.co.uk.

Payment can be made through WorldPay or we can raise an invoice. If you are paying by credit card we will send you confirmation of your place 3-5 working days from receipt of your booking.

Please contact us if you have not received confirmation in writing 7-10 days after submitting your booking form.

Hotel accommodation

This is not included. A limited number of rooms will be available at a discounted rate at the London Marriot Grosvenor Square. For more details please contact conference@unlockingbritainspotential.co.uk.

Directions and a map for the venue will also be included with your confirmation.

Substitutions

Substitute delegates are welcome at anytime. Just let us know who they are, and who they are replacing.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your conference place within 7 days of receipt of your booking confirmation. A refund, less a 20% administration fee, will be paid if a cancellation is received, in writing, after this 7 day period. We regret that cancellations made within four weeks of the conference cannot be refunded, and that a refund for failure to attend a conference cannot be made.

Cancellation of Conference by Adecco

Adecco reserves the right to cancel the conference up to 30 working days before the conference date. Regrettably, if we do have to cancel it, we cannot refund any expenses incurred, e.g. travel tickets or accommodation costs. We will of course refund your conference fee.

Alterations to the agenda or speakers

The speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing but circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may require us to make substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or the topics. As such, we reserve the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our website as soon as possible.

Promotion

Once you register, you automatically give us your permission to use your name and company name in promotion of the event. Any photography or video taken on the day will be used for post-conference purposes. We also reserve the right to use any event-related tweets, quotes or feedback you might give in future material, fully credited of course.

Payments

Bookings are subject to payments made, strictly 30 days from date of invoice and/or must be paid in full before the conference date. A complete booking form is required for each individual delegate.
